• Free Shipping: On all orders having a cart value of ₹499 or more.
• Standard Shipping: A flat delivery fee of ₹49 is applied on orders below ₹499 to cover packing and domestic express courier charges.
• Any applicable delivery fees are transparently shown at checkout before you authorize payment.

4. Logistics Partners & Tamper-Proof Packaging

We partner with India's leading logistics providers, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

Every spice blend is sealed in an airtight food-grade inner canister with an outer protective shrink sleeve and corrugated box to protect natural essential oils and prevent transit damage.

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

As soon as your package is dispatched, we send you an automated confirmation via WhatsApp and SMS containing:

• Assigned courier partner name
• Direct tracking link and AWB tracking number
• Live estimated delivery date

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Verification

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. A verification call or SMS OTP is usually sent prior to delivery. Please ensure your contact phone number and full pin code are accurate during checkout to avoid failed delivery.
