1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Eats of India (“we”, “us”, “our”), a brand owned and operated by Radhe Gopal Traders, having its facility and registered office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By accessing our website (eatsofindia.com or associated domains) and/or placing an order through our website or our official WhatsApp concierge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or ordering our products.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into binding agreements and transact on this website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Products, Formulations & Disclaimers

We craft pure, stone-pounded, unadulterated spices, everyday blended masalas, and dedicated spice blends specially crafted for kids. Because we do not use artificial food coloring, chemical preservatives, or anti-caking agents, natural variations in aroma, granulation, and hue may occur between different harvest batches.

4. Orders, Pricing & Order Acceptance

Orders may be placed through our official website shopping interface or assisted via our verified WhatsApp Business channel (+91 70499 62992).

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or run promotional pricing at our discretion without prior notice.
• Receipt of an order confirmation (via screen, email, or WhatsApp) does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized/fraudulent activity.

5. Payment Terms & Payment Gateway Processing

We provide secure, reliable, and convenient payment options for our customers across India:

• Online Digital Payments: We utilize trusted, RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway partners, including Cashfree Payments India, to process electronic transactions. Supported instruments include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and NetBanking.
• Assisted WhatsApp Orders: For orders coordinated via our customer support WhatsApp desk, payment links or official merchant UPI handles will be provided for instant, verified settlement prior to dispatch.
• Data Security: Eats of India does not capture, store, or process your credit card numbers, debit card details, or CVV codes on our servers. All sensitive financial information is encrypted and transmitted directly to the authorized payment gateway.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Title

Orders are dispatched through verified domestic courier partners (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post) within 24 to 48 business hours from our Jaipur facility. Standard delivery across India takes between 2 to 7 business days depending on location. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon handover to the logistics partner. 7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

As spices are consumable food items, opened canisters cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons. Cancellations are permitted prior to dispatch. If you receive a damaged package, broken seal, or incorrect item, you may request a free replacement or refund within 48 to 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, brand names, product packaging designs, photography, copy, and website code are the intellectual property of Radhe Gopal Traders (operating under the brand name Eats of India). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Radhe Gopal Traders (Eats of India), its proprietors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or consumption of our products beyond the total purchase price paid for the specific order.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any transactions conducted on the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
